LOGISTICS MANAGER

Salary: €5,000 – €6,500 Monthly

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure efficient movement of goods, manage logistics teams and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, carriers and other business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and transportation operations
• Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and deliveries
• Supervise logistics staff and monitor team performance
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses and customers
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve transportation issues
• Track logistics costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Ensure compliance with company and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare operational reports
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the supply chain process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Previous experience managing logistics operations or teams
• Strong knowledge of transportation, inventory and warehouse processes
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
• English proficiency required; French or Dutch is an advantage
