SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Salary: €90,000 – €110,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation through completion. The successful candidate will oversee project teams, budgets, timelines, stakeholders, and overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and delivery strategies
• Manage project teams, resources, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved
• Identify and resolve project issues and potential delays
• Manage relationships with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders
• Prepare regular project reports and performance updates
• Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and organisational standards
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of project management experience
• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage
• Right to work in Ireland
