Salary: €7,100 Monthly (Fixed)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise the organisation’s end-to-end supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies
• Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution activities
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply chain issues
• Analyse supply chain data and prepare performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
• Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and other departments

Requirements

• B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• 4–6 years of relevant supply chain or logistics experience
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain management systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
